  • In Dr. Pimple Popper's new Instagram video, she tackles a lipoma that's in a very public spot.

  • The lipoma grew large and in charge on her patient's forehead.

  • Dr. Pimple Popper uses her tweezers to hold the lipoma while she trims it away bit by bit.

You can count on a regular dose of lipomas on Wednesdays. It's hump day and what better way to commemorate it than with a massive hump or lump. That's pretty much where the "regular" part of lipomas ends. They can be quite surprising, popping up all over the body and even on the face.

That's exactly where dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, found the latest lipoma that she knocked out. It grew on her patient's forehead.

Dr. Pimple Popper shared in the Youtube video caption: "NEW LIPOMA! 💥 Once you get over humpday, this one's a match made in popping! Go to the #linkinbio for the full video! #drpimplepopper #lipoma #matchmaker"

This lipoma requires some detailed extraction techniques and several tools. Dr. Pimple Popper first slices open across the lipoma bump. Then, she pulls the incision wider and wider. Yikes, it truly looks like she's going to rip open her patient's forehead.

That doesn't happen, so you can all breathe a sigh of relief. Dr. Pimple Popper has to do the careful ripping herself. She grabs chunks of the lipoma with her tweezers and trims away bit by bit. It is tedious to do, but so entertaining to watch. One fan wrote: "Turned my ho-hum day into AMAZING!"

To that one fan responded with a whole bunch of thumbs up: "👍👍👍👍👍" Other fans got a bit more detailed in their descriptions: "It looks like she's pulling brains out of her forehead."

One Popaholic gave some suggestions for patient comfort and wrote, "I wonder if the patient would be allowed to wear headphones listen to music or listen to an audio book to help drown out some of the noise." That does sound like a smart plan with all that snipping and trimming going on.

Dr. Pimple Popper gave a superb sign off: "Talk about a match made in Popping!"
