Dr. Pepper surging, AT&T slipping, Intel on watch

Let’s check out the Yahoo Finance charts of the day.

Dr. Pepper Snapple (DPS): Shares are surging in early trading after the beverage company agreed to be bought by Keurig Green Mountain Roasters for $18.7 billion.

Intel (INTC): Shares in focus this morning after The Wall Street Journal reported Intel warned a small group of customers, including some Chinese tech companies, about flaws in its chips before warning the US government.

AT&T (T): Shares are on the watchlist this morning, down around 1.5%. The reason? As first reported by Axios, Trump’s national security team is weighing whether the government, and not private industry, should build the next-gen 5G wireless network, as a way to counter the threat of Chinese spying.
