Time to think back to 2015, because that’s the first and last time we were able to get our hands on Frito-Lay’s Doritos Roulette variety. The hot chips first arrived in the United Kingdom, followed by a release in the United States, and they really brought the fire. Six years later, they’ve returned to stores for those who are open to a little gambling.

Doritos first posted about the returning flavor on Instagram on Apr. 1. Yes, we were skeptical at first because of the date, but the brand confirmed that it isn’t a joke. Beginning on Apr. 12, you’ll be able to get the Doritos Roulette at Walmart.

If you’re not familiar with Doritos Roulette, let us explain. Roulette is a game of chance, and that’s also what it is when it comes to these chips. Most of them are simply Nacho Cheese-flavored, but within each handful or so, there will be a spicy, fiery hot version of the chip. That leads to the tagline on the packaging, "maybe hot, maybe not." Good luck telling them apart.

You’ve have other hot Doritos before, like Flamin’ Hot Nacho, Screamin’ Sriracha, and Flamin’ Hot Limón, but they didn’t have this fun (and slightly uneasy) game aspect. Now we have to ask … are you feeling lucky?
