The smell of death hangs over parts of Great Abaco Island in the northern Bahamas, where relief workers on Friday searched through the debris of shattered homes and buildings in a search expected to drive up the death toll from Hurricane Dorian.
MarkM: It will be less than 40 years and this country will fall apart as their oil revenues fall. There is almost no chance they will enter into the modern world and build competitive products or services. It is just the modern version of tribal rule and that part of the world has a 1000 years of Tribal history to overcome. In other words that is just the way it is.
