Donnie Wahlberg and Jenny McCarthy Posted a 'Tiger King' TikTok and... It's Perfect
Netflix’s Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem, and Madness aired on March 20, prompting everyone, including celebrities, to stop what they’re doing to watch the jaw-dropping series.
Blue Bloods actor Donnie Wahlberg shared a TikTok performance of he and wife Jenny McCarthy bringing a Tiger King music video to life.
Like so many "cool cats and kittens" sitting at home in self-isolation, Donnie Wahlberg and his wife Jenny McCarthy are spending their time getting all caught up on Netflix’s most-talked-about new series, Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem, and Madness.
A little background on the seven-episode series in case you haven’t streamed it yet: Tiger King follows the life of Joe Exotic (a.k.a., the "Tiger King"), a big-cat owner, breeder, and zookeeper who dresses flamboyantly and speaks even more colorfully. Viewers are introduced to everything from Joe’s country music career to his polygamous relationship. (It’s a wild ride, to say the least.)
Back to Donnie. Last week, the Blue Bloods actor shared an Instagram of a TikTok creation originally posted on Jenny’s account to show followers that they, too, are obsessed with the mind-boggling show.
In the clip, Donnie is dressed up as Joe Exotic while Jenny is in a tiger costume. The two are lounging on their pool deck while Donnie lip syncs to Joe’s “Because You Love Me” soundtrack.
Jenny hilariously captioned the post: "Joe Exotic and his meow meow kitty. Portrayed by @donniefreakingwahlberg and his meow meow kitty."
Given the comments, it’s safe to say fans love the hilarious recreation. One wrote, "I’m dead!!” accompanied by three skull emojis, while another swooned, “Seriously the best! Thank you Donnie Exotic!” followed by a red heart.
This isn’t the first time Donnie has taken to TikTok with his wife. Just the other day, the pair performed a surprisingly well-choreographed dance. Here’s hoping their next post is equally entertaining.
