Donald Trump Jr. says he’s more scared for his boys in the wake of the Brett Kavanaugh hearings.

Making his first-ever joint TV interview with girlfriend Kimberly Guilfoyle, the 40-year-old father talked about parenting after watching the testimony of Christine Blasey Ford on Thursday.

I’ve got boys, and I’ve got girls. And when I see what’s going on right now, it’s scary,” he said in an on-camera interview with DailyMailTV. But when asked who he’s more scared for, the father of five replied, “I mean, right now, I’d say my sons.”

Both Trump and Guilfoyle said they believe that politics are involved in Ford’s claim. Ultimately, the first son said, “For the people who are real victims of these things, when it is so obviously political in cases like this, it really diminishes the real claims.”

People on Twitter have expressed outrage following the comments.

One person even retweeted a sentiment reflecting how some men feel about the #MeToo movement after listening to Ford and Kavanaugh’s contrasting testimonies.

The interview is set to air on both Monday and Tuesday, with people gearing up to share their conflicting responses.
