Donald Trump Jr. says he’s more scared for his boys in the wake of the Brett Kavanaugh hearings.
“I’ve got boys, and I’ve got girls. And when I see what’s going on right now, it’s scary,” he said in an on-camera interview with DailyMailTV. But when asked who he’s more scared for, the father of five replied, “I mean, right now, I’d say my sons.”
Both Trump and Guilfoyle said they believe that politics are involved in Ford’s claim. Ultimately, the first son said, “For the people who are real victims of these things, when it is so obviously political in cases like this, it really diminishes the real claims.”
People on Twitter have expressed outrage following the comments.

I'd be afraid for his son's too. Given the family history, they have a lot to be worried about.

Why don't you raise them to respect females, and to always be responsible for their own behavior. That would be a good start.

One person even retweeted a sentiment reflecting how some men feel about the #MeToo movement after listening to Ford and Kavanaugh’s contrasting testimonies.
Powerful men would rather protect a world where there exists a 20% likelihood that their daughters will be sexually assaulted, than imagine a world where attempting to rape their daughters might mean you can’t be a powerful man. Just imagining it brings them to tears. #Kavanagh
