Dolly Parton Is Launching Her Own Lifestyle Brand & It Includes Home Decor

From Chrissy Teigen to Drew Barrymore, Hollywood’s A-list celebs are jumping on the lifestyle brand bandwagon, teaming up with major retailers to release their own line of home decor, kitchen accessories and more. And the latest to announce their own lifestyle brand? The one and only music icon, Dolly Parton.

In a press release earlier this month, Parton announced a multi-year partnership with IMG; and as part of this partnership, IMG will work with Parton to create a lifestyle brand that’ll include jewelry, fashion, homeware and accessories.

“I am excited to be working with IMG on a global scale to give my fans products that they will cherish for years to come. You might even see my mug on a mug!” Parton says.

No further details were released, including when we might expect this lifestyle brand to launch, but if the home decor products are anything like her wardrobe, we imagine there will be a lot of brights colors, patterned prints and maybe even some sparkle involved.

This isn’t Parton’s only project for 2019. For starters, this fall, Parton will be the subject of an eight-part anthology film series on Netflix called Heartstrings, wherein each film will center on one of her most popular songs.

This year is also the 33rd anniversary of Dollywood, Parton’s theme park in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. Since its opening in 1986, the park has had more than two million annual visitors. And on May 10, Parton opened a $37 million, 6-acre expansion inspired by her childhood called Wildwood Grove, which includes six new rides and five other family-friendly experiences.

In just a few days, she will celebrate a soft launch of her Pirates Voyage & Dinner Show, also in Pigeon Force, ahead of its official grand opening June 7.

Plus, Parton has a documentary in the words called The Library That Dolly Built about her Imagination Library program that has gifted over 115 million books since its inception. It was recently announced that actress Danica McKellar will narrate the doc.

Oh, and did we mention this year also marks the 30th anniversary of Steel Magnolias?

We, for one, can’t wait to see what Parton’s lifestyle brand will include.
