With all that delicious food and endless cookies this time of year, it's important to keep up with your exercise routine. But if you're anything like us, we hate to workout. That's why we might need a gym buddy to motivate us.
And the only reasonable gym buddy to bring along is our fur babies, which is exactly what TikTok user @kenzandrocky_ did. She and her dog had the entire gym to themselves. So her dog wanted to join in on the workout. You'll be amazed by this ultimate gym buddy!

O.M.G. Stop it! How cute is this doggo running on the treadmill?! This is honestly such a good idea to help get your dog's energy out if they can't run around outside. But, of course, if you decide to do this, please make sure you don't have it too fast for them. We wouldn't want any injuries happening!
