Dixie D'Amelio Says Kendall Jenner's Advice Helped Her "Gain Confidence"

Dixie D'Amelio was the talk of New York Fashion Week when she debuted the sickest buzzed haircut. The Hulu star effortlessly slayed her new look and considered it a "restart." Prior to undergoing the big chop, Dixie received words of encouragement from Kendall Jenner, who helped her "gain confidence" about her decision to say goodbye to the long, dark hair she's been known for rocking.
Dixie appeared in an interview with Extra alongside her parents, Marc and Heidi D'Amelio, and her sister, Charli, in support of the upcoming season of their Hulu series The D'Amelio Show. Dixie also dished on the best advice that she received from a member of the Kar-Jenner family and revealed that the inspiring words came straight from Kendall.
According to Dixie, the famous families had gone to dinner together when Charli told everyone that Dixie would soon look like Travis because she was preparing to shave her head. "So we got into that conversation," she explained. "I was like, kind of feeling really nervous about it, and Kendall's super sweet to be like, 'That's so cool,' and really helped me gain confidence about it. So I was really excited about that."
Throughout their interview with Extra, both Dixie and Charli opened up about what viewers can expect to see from the upcoming season of their Hulu reality show. Some of the hottest topics included the next steps for Dixie's career, Charli's new interest in the music industry, and whether or not Charli finally got her license since she turned 18.
Dixie has been getting to know the Kar-Jenner family for some time now. Her younger sister, Charli D'Amelio, is dating Kourtney Kardashian's stepson Landon Barker, bringing the two famous families together.
