We could all use a good dose of relaxation right now, and Disney+ is here for us. The streaming platform has a new series called Zenimation that features iconic scenes and soothing sounds from Disney’s most adored films to help you relax and refresh your senses.

Created and edited by David Bess, the series includes 10 episodes that each range from four to eight minutes long. Every episode has a theme–like water, cityscapes, flight, night, and explore–and pulls from various Disney films. In the “Water” episode, sounds of waves crashing, water splashing, and rainfall play over scenes from movies like Moana and The Little Mermaid. The “Cityscapes” episode takes you to New Orleans from The Princess and the Frog, Mt. Olympus from Hercules, the world of Atlantis, and more with an overlay of vehicle sounds, bells, construction, and wind.

The aural soundscapes aim to help viewers “unplug, relax, and refresh your senses for a moment of mindfulness,” according to the series’ description. But along with feelings of ease, the series pays tribute to the visual and sound artists who have created Walt Disney Animation Studios’ legacy of films, according to What’s On Disney Plus.

The first season of the series is available to watch on Disney+. You could easily watch these when you wake up in the morning, fall asleep at night, or simply when you need a break from life. They'll have you feeling relaxed in no time.
