We are halfway to pumpkin season, folks! How did we get here? Who knows, but Disney released a ton of its Halloween and fall recipes to celebrate. We're talking everything from pumpkin pancakes to Jack Skellington cookies, plus a brand new, exclusive recipe for pumpkin crème brûlée.

You want to make 'em all, like, yesterday, right—because if you can't go to the park, you can at least try to bring the park to you. Here's how:

Of the favorite and most beloved autumn recipes shared, there's a good mix of sweet, savory, and snacky. For breakfast, Disney shared the pumpkin pancakes recipe featured at Kona Café and Disney's Polynesian Village Resort at Walt Disney World. As far as bakery treats go, they shared the recipes for pumpkin twists, pumpkin bars, and Jack Skellington Halloween cookies. To mix it up but remain on the pumpkin track, Disney shared the recipe for its pumpkin soup sold at Sunshine Seasons in Epcot. As a fun surprise, they also included a recipe for pumpkin crème brûlée that is completely new and exclusive to the Disney Parks Blog.

Recipe cards for every dish are included in the new post on Disney Parks Blog and can be easily printed to use at home. Since time really means nothing anymore, feel free to start making all of these recipes right now. Who says you can't have pumpkin pancakes in the morning and a summer salad for lunch? Maybe try the pumpkin twists with a fruity cocktail. This is not chaotic energy but the beautiful merging of seasons. Some may even say it's genius, and we should've been living this way all along. Cook away!
