From Delish

Our love of pickles here at Delish is well-documented. We love them in pretty much every form, whether they're pulled from a jar or used to flavor popcorn. But one of the highest forms of pickles are, of course, fried pickles, and Disney recently shared their take on the dish so you can enjoy this classic theme park food from the comfort of your own home.

Disney shared the recipe for the crunchy, salty, briny, cheesy, fried pickle spears that are served at Carnation Café, which is found on Main Street, U.S.A in Disneyland. Anyone who has tried these pickles knows why they're one of the most popular dishes at the park so if you're missing them like we are, pay close attention.

You'll need just about a dozen ingredients to make both the fried pickles and the very essential Zesty House Sauce. These include a ton of things you probably already have in your fridge and pantry like flour, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, and of course, pickles. Of course this recipe requires you to fry your pickle spears so be sure to supervise all kids, and um, accident-prone adults while doing so. That stuff gets hot! Also, with all Disney recipes, this one has been converted from a larger quantity in the restaurant kitchens, so its flavor profile may vary slightly from the restaurant’s version.

You can find the full recipe for the fried pickles over on Disney's blog and get to dipping ASAP.
