Disney Is Selling A Gorgeous Galactic Cheesecake Parfait Topped With Glittery Stars
Some things look so good that you just want to eat them like a fancy decorative candle or a Baby Yoda. But you can't. Bummer. However, every so often things that look like they're too sparkly, too beautiful, and too colorful to be edible, really ARE. In the latter case, I present to you: the Galactic Parfait.
This treat was spotted at Disneyland by Instagrammer Disney Food Blog and we were instantly amazed as soon as we saw it. It looks like a beautiful image of the solar system, but it's actually just a scrumptious treat. Seriously, this is probably the most gorgeous Disney treat we've seen...maybe ever!

It's made up of layers of chocolate cake, blue cheesecake, and purple mousse with raspberry marmalade, which sounds like a winning dish if we've ever heard one. All of that is of course, topped with sparkly stars and candies, one of which some have compared to a bath bomb. We're sure it's edible and delicious though.
Disney Food Blog said that while the treat is a touch sweet, that sweetness is cut down when the marmalade gets involved. They really liked it! But they did warn that you would be wearing that edible glitter for a long time...which sounds great to me!
If you're headed to the park, you can pick this up at Galactic Grill near the Jedi Training Academy show. No word on how much it costs but honestly, can you put a price on happiness...and glitter?!
