SCOTT MALLWITZ: Hi, I'm Scott, executive creative director at Walt Disney Imagineering for Star Wars Galaxy's Edge.
As Walt said, it's kind of fun to do the impossible, right?

I've been a member of the core design team for Star Wars Galaxy's Edge since we started concept. I'm most proud of the fact that when you step onto Star Wars Galaxy's Edge that you're truly in a different place, that you're truly on a planet that you are stepping off to explore.
[MUSIC PLAYING]
- We have a young explorer. Your allegiance should be with the First Order.
SCOTT MALLWITZ: We've been very careful to mine out what we would think would be the greatest hits not only in terms of all the different media but generationally what would appeal to different generations of Star Wars fans.
[MUSIC PLAYING]
It feels great to bring stories to life. And it feels wonderful to put people into stories that they otherwise wouldn't be able to experience in real time. This is the planet Batu. This is the Black Spire outpost. This is the edge of wild space. Come and create your own Star Wars story.
