Filming for The Voice season 21 has kicked off, which means Ariana Grande is now an official member of the show's coaching squad.

The "Thank U, Next" singer is the newest coach to join Kelly Clarkson, Blake Shelton and John Legend on the NBC competition show, replacing season 20's Nick Jonas. Now that the blind audition round is underway (it will air this fall), we're starting to get insider perspectives on how Ariana is faring among her super-competitive costars. So far, it sounds like she's doing justtt fine holding her own.

"Ariana was so fun and sweet," one eyewitness about the artist to E! News. "She was interacting with the fans so much and was having the cutest moments on and off camera with the coaches. She was so sweet to anyone who came up to her from the production team, as well. Ariana and Kelly Clarkson were talking selfies. It was so cute."

What's more, the same onlooker went on to tell the outlet that she was "fitting in so well" with all the coaches, even Blake. That said, a different source told E! that Blake, Kelly and John did "clown on her" a couple of times for being the newbie of the group.

Still, Ariana seems to be managing well, even using treats to allegedly "lure contestants over to Team Ariana."

"Ariana also had a cute little lunchbox filled with goodies for whoever chose to be on her team," the first source said. "She was so excited to hand them out."

Reacting to this update on Ariana's coaching style, fans online seem to love hearing about the Grammy-winning artist's newest venture on The Voice, especially the part about her passing out lunchboxes. "I’m actually weeping. I’m so jealous of everyone on her team already. She was born for this role of mentor," one fan tweeted."Literally the kindest and sweetest angel i’m crying," another remarked. "I stopped watching these type of shows years ago but I’ll watch this for Ariana like I never been this excited," someone else said.

Looks like the fans are on her side — it should be a good season of The Voice to watch!
