Was Danny Green cropped out of that infamous Drake-Kawhi photo?
On December 16th, 2018 — mere days ago — the world was blessed with one of the most joyous photographs ever published to Instagram.
Well, not quite, but Drake and Raptors star Kawhi Leonard did team up for a photo a couple weeks and it was, well, a photo.
Incase you haven’t seen said wondrous picture, feast your eyes:
Not the most jubilant photo we’ve ever seen, a sentiment recent guest on the Inside The Green Room podcast Jonas Valanciunas echoed when he first laid eyes on uninspiring post.
“They’re not happy. I don’t see a smile. They don’t look happy, what’s wrong?”
After JV was done with his analysis of the picture — which has garnered nearly than 1.3 million likes on Instagram so far — Co-Host Danny Green brought a more serious development to light.
“I think I was in that picture to be honest with you. I was supposed to be in that picture, I think,” said Green
“They cut me out man. It’s all good — I didn’t make the cut.”
This revelation must and will (maybe?) be investigated to great lengths. Stay tuned.
