Although the hit Netflix show Cobra Kai is set in California, it was actually filmed primarily in Georgia—and fans of the show now have the opportunity to buy the home that acts as the LaRusso residence, given that it just hit the market for a cool $2.65 million.

Known as Villa Flora, this Marietta, Georgia property boasts six bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, and a Tuscan-style exterior inspired by the original owners’ time spent living on the Amalfi Coast. The 9,124-square-foot home sits on 1.1 acres, and it has quite the impressive history—beyond its starring role in Cobra Kai. Guests who have attended parties at this abode include the late, great golfer Arnold Palmer and two former U.S. Presidents.

Naturally, Villa Flora comes with a bevy of impressive features, including its own private garden and pool, walk-in closets, a wet bar, and three fireplaces. And although this Mediterranean-style dwelling looks reminiscent of architect Addison Mizner’s Palm Beach creations from the 1920s, the pad was actually built just 13 years ago, in 2008.

Even famed Instagram account Zillow Gone Wild and its 1 million followers are impressed with this property, given that a post about Villa Flora has garnered over 25,000 likes in just 24 hours. And no, your eyes are not deceiving you—the listing does include a photo of a dog lounging in one of the home’s many bedrooms. There's also a skylit courtyard and a rustic shower that boasts an arched wooden door and a stone exterior.

In the hit Netflix show, this dwelling is home to the LaRusso family, which, of course, includes the original Karate Kid, Ralph Macchio. And although it’s unclear whether or not this home will star in the upcoming fourth season of Cobra Kai, what is clear is that this expansive abode is impressive in its own right, regardless of its ties to the successful show.
