Dancing With the Stars season 32 just completed Week 5 of the competition, and this week's theme had the celebrities in their feelings with the Most Memorable Year theme. As the competitors danced routines that stirred up emotions about pivotal moments in their lives, the show used this week to evoke memories of late head judge Len Goodman.

Viewers of the hit ABC series may remember that Len announced his retirement from DWTS during season 31 in November 2022. Less than six months after he left the show in late April, folks were devastated to learn he died at the age of 78 from prostate cancer. As a way to celebrate his influence in ballroom dancing, Dancing With the Stars pros of past and present came together to perform a moving waltz to Henry Mancini's "Moon River" in his honor. The touching tribute left audiences in the studio and at home in tears, with judges Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli holding each other as they cried over the loss of their dear friend.

"A beautiful tribute to the one and only, Len Goodman. ✨🌙," read the official caption as the segment featuring the tribute appeared on Instagram on October 24.

After the tribute aired on live television, it wasn't long before social media users took to Reddit to share their feelings about it. Unsurprisingly, many were moved seeing the pros give a beautiful performance dedicated to Len.

"I couldn’t comment this during the show on the live thread because I was sobbing, but the tribute to Len was breathtaking 💓 He is so missed 💔 Absolutely gorgeous choreography by Jenna [Johnson] and Val [Chmerkovskiy]," one person wrote. "I’m still tearing up over the tribute dance to Len. The illuminated chair at the end 😭😭😭," another added. "All of them crying at the end was what got me. It was such a touching dance," a different follower agreed.

While most were emotional seeing how the show treated Len's tribute dance, other users on various social media platforms had some questions about who participated in the clip. Mainly, some wanted to know why Cheryl Burke wasn't involved after participating for 26 seasons on DWTS.

"@officialdwts I don't understand how come you didn't invite Cheryl Burke back to the tribute for Len Goodman?!?!" one person penned on X (formerly known as Twitter). "Why wasn't Cheryl Burke included in the Len tribute? I think she was on more seasons of #DWTS than anyone," another questioned. "Where was Cheryl Burke for the Len Goodman tribute?" a different follower inquired.

As for the reason why Cheryl wasn't a part of the tribute, she revealed on Threads that she wasn't invited to participate alongside the pros.
