When Christophe Kyle posted a funny food critic "review" of his 18-month-old daughter's restaurant Ava's Kitchen, the internet was charmed. His Instagram post was a sweet message about appreciating his child's imagination with an even greater message about supporting Black-owned businesses.

In the now-viral photo, Kyle shared a photo of his daughter wearing an apron and chef hat next to her toy kitchen while he sat on a miniature chair at a nearby table. "So I tried to support another Black Owned Business for lunch today. It’s called Ava’s Kitchen, just opened end of April. It’s a very clean establishment, but whewww let me tell you about this owner," the adorable caption started off.

The photo features Kyle sitting on a small white chain with pink heart-shaped balloons attached. "First off, I asked why there are balloons on my chair, and it’s not my birthday? She talm’bout, mind yah business; those are Mommy’s," the caption continued. Then it went on to explain the customer service at Ava's Kitchen.

"I been waiting on my order to get done for 45 minutes, and I’m the only customer here. She was making good progress at first, then she stopped for 20 minutes to go watch Paw Patrol," Kyle added. The official Paw Patrol account eventually commented on the post: "Seems like a good enough reason to take a 20 min break!"

Kyle ended the caption with a sincere message about giving Black-owned businesses a chance in real life: "Overall the customer service could be better, but the cook is a cutie; so I’ll give her another chance," he wrote, adding, "Let’s not give up on Black businesses so fast after one mistake."

The picture and caption have been shared by a number of media outlets, and the post got so much attention that Kyle gave his followers a much anticipated update on Ava's Kitchen's business since his first visit. "Just pulled back up to @myavachristine Kitchen after she went viral this past weekend and whewww, she got a line down the block y’all! 💕," he wrote on a photo of Ava in her kitchen while a line of stuffed animals stretches out of the frame.
