The D.I.Y. Body Scrub You Can Make Today

From Sweet

Why a Scrub?

A body scrub is the best addition to your routine because it acts as a body polisher and skin softener at the same time. That means you'll step out of the shower with a whole new layer of hydrated skin. Bonus: you'll smell nice and fresh without needing a fancy perfume.

Why Coffee?

Palermo, a Brooklyn-based indie skin-care brand, offers two body exfoliants, one of which includes coffee grounds. Jessica Morelli, the founder, praises coffee's ability to energize your complexion, calm inflammation, and fade discoloration. Morelli says freshly ground beans are best, as they pack the most punch, versus old grounds that have been used to brew a pot or two.
