Cyberpunk 2077
CD Projekt’s epic future role-playing game Cyberpunk 2077 is getting an Ultimate Edition, due for release on December 5.
The Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate Edition for PC, Xbox Series X/S and PS5 will include the base game as well as expansion Phantom Liberty, on both digital and physical formats
Cyberpunk 2077 has come a long way since it first released, from buggy launch and disappointment to redemption in the eyes of fans. Originally released in 2020, the game failed to meet its own hype, and delivered a poor experience on all formats due to bugs and other problems. It was so bad on Sony’s console that it was delisted from the PlayStation store.
Big news… Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition arrives on December 5th in digital AND physical form for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC!

But developer CD Projekt - creator of the much-loved The Witcher games - continued to work on the title and earlier this year released patch 2.0, fixing major issues and reworking systems. It also released the Phantom Liberty DLC, which received rave reviews in the press - it now holds a very respectable 89 Metacritic score.

CD Projekt announced earlier this year that Cyberpunk 2077 has sold over 25 million copies - something that was unthinkable when it first released. It’s also due to get a live-action treatment, with the developer teaming up with Mr Robot and True Detective company Anonymous Content for a new story set in the sci-fi world.
