Every year, Trooping the Colour (otherwise known as Queen Elizabeth's second, more public birthday celebration) occurs during a weekend in June. The parade, which is brimming with pomp and ceremony, always features public appearances by nearly ever royal family member, when they gather on the balcony of Buckingham Palace. Last year, Kate Middleton stepped away from her maternity leave to appear, and it was also Meghan Markle's very first time attending. But 2019 also proves to be an exciting year for the event, because all three of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's children are in attendance-and Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis can always be relied up to deliver a serious dose of adorable-factor. See the cutest moments from some of the youngest members of the royal family's appearance at Trooping the Colour 2019 here!
Jamaica Frank: I'm surprised that those espousing Medicare for all haven't made note of the fact that Medicare isn't free. Everybody pays a base rate and those with higher incomes pay premiums based on their income. Providing a public option is fine but I haven't heard any discussions or plans regarding what the premiums would be.
