An interaction between a customer and an employee at a Cincinnati McDonald's turned violent last month after the customer reportedly received the wrong order, WLWT reports. She then went inside the fast food restaurant to fix the issue which resulted in a bloody fight.

After Brittany Price realized her order was not what it was supposed to be, she decided to physically go into the McDonald's to speak with the staff about the mistake. Per surveillance footage that was obtained by WLWT, Price waited for over 25 minutes for help while others were being attended to.

"I wasn't the only one that got frustrated, you know, watching the video we see a lot of people that see me and her talking, trying to resolve the issue and they're, like, 'I'm not dealing with this,' you know. They just left. They didn't even place their order," she told WLWT in an exclusive interview.

Price eventually started throwing bags of Happy Meals at one of the employees who allegedly was "ignoring" her and had a demeanor she described as "aggressive, very intensive, and almost demeaning."

When Price did that, employee Nashawnda Johnson threw a blender at her, which ended up shattering Price's cheekbone and breaking her nose.

Johnson was so fired up in the moment that she said she had no idea she even chucked a blender at Price. "So every action has a reaction. So while I'm getting assaulted, I just picked up anything that was right there and just threw it back at her," she admitted to WLWT.

Price and her legal team are planning to pursue a civil lawsuit against the fast food chain. McDonald's released a statement after the alleged incident occurred saying, "We can confirm that this individual is no longer employed by our organization.”
