Crystal Crowns Are the New Flower Crowns This Festival Season

Over the years, Coachella has been a place where summer trends are kickstarted in a major way. We’ve seen several festival trends take off into the stratosphere, from Taylor Swift's chokers to Vanessa Hudgens flower crowns to Kendall Jenner’s bralettes as tops. With the 2017 festival just a few days away, we want to make a prediction for the next big style: crystal crowns. Created by designer Sarah Cosper, these crowns feature unique crystals along the top, and are the perfect way to up the bohemian factor in any look. Sarah told Hello Giggles about how the style originated. “My dad is a rock guy. He’s always looking for hunks of quartz and cool rocks, and he used to take me panning for gold. So, I’m a rock guy, too lol. Geodes, agate, spheres, just pretty ones, we’re always scanning the ground.”

If you’re not really a crown person, no worries; Sarah also makes these awesome crystal styles in barrettes so they can be worn with a bun or in the back of your hair. The best part though?
