POPPY SHEN: According to TikTok, this is one of the easiest snacks to make at home-- three ingredients, 15 minutes, and kind of healthy, too. Today, we're gonna make crab chips.

You only need imitation crab, olive oil, garlic salt, and pepper. First step, you want to unwrap the imitation crab to really thin layers. Then slice them up to long pieces. Drizzle some olive oil, then season with garlic salt and pepper.

And then mix. Air fry at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. And that's it.

Look how crispy they look. See that? They kind of look like beef jerky.

Oh, my god. It's actually really good. They taste, actually, like those crab chips you get from H Mart, like legit snack bags.

You can taste a hint of the crab flavor, I mean, because it's from imitation crab, not real crab. But you can still taste it. And it's really crispy.

This is extremely healthy, but it tastes like junk food, which is a really good sign. It means it's really good. I'm really an afternoon snack type of person, or midnight snack right before I go to bed. So I guess this will be a really good healthy alternatives to all the junk food that I've been eating in the middle of the night.
