Courteney Cox is boxing up a storm in her latest Instagram video. The Friends alum, 57, just leveled up her moves in a brand new clip featuring her trainer. Oh, and her caption includes a sneaky little reference to her most iconic role, of course.

She's looking fitter and stronger than ever, and fans in the comments couldn't help but notice. "NICE CROSS! ⭐️🥊⭐️," Jennifer Garner wrote, while Queer Eye star Tan France commented, "Hahaha. 👏🏽." Actor Leslie Jordan added, "I’m sorry. I’m sorry. I’m sorry if I ever said anything to offend you. Don’t hurt me. ❤️."

Tbh, I don't blame him:

Clearly, Courteney knows exactly what to do with a hefty pair of gloves. But what else does she get up to in the gym?

"My fitness philosophy is to be active in life and enjoy what I am doing," she wrote for Goop back in 2009. "I have always loved exercise and feel that being active is important to maintain not only physical health but mental health as well."

One of Courteney's fitness staples is the Tracy Anderson method, which plenty of other celebs swear by (including Tracee Ellis Ross). "I heard about Tracy through friends who had seen fantastic results. I was watching people around me change their bodies so I had to see what it was all about," she explained.

And, Courteney is a huge believer in the workout. "In my hour and a half workout sessions I have had a mental challenge and a physical challenge," she said. "I have seen amazing results that I never thought were possible. My butt has lifted, my arms are sculpted, and my skin is tight and actually clings to the muscle again."

She's also experimented with other ways of getting active, including running, hiking, Pilates, and Budokon, per Glamour. Courteney's BFF, Jennifer Aniston, is also a fan of Budokon. The yoga-like practice incorporates elements of calisthenics and martial arts, according to British Vogue.

As for her diet, Courteney sticks to a low-carb, veggie-filled diet. "Luckily, some of my favorite foods in the world are vegetables," she told New You magazine in 2017. "I just love kale, spinach, broccoli, asparagus. Anything green I crave."

"I also eat a lot of protein like steak, chicken, and some fish like tilapia. Don’t get me wrong, I love pasta and potatoes, and every now and then I’ll eat sweet potato fries, but right now, I’m on a really no-carb thing," she continued.

Hydration is also super important to Courteney: “I’m on this kick where I’m gonna try to drink 64 ounces a day. It’s so hard," she said. “I can get the first 32 down, no problem. That second bottle is tough but when I do, I feel different.”

But overall, Courteney has been making some big lifestyle changes lately. "I used to smoke cigarettes. I loved smoking! I quit when I was thirty-four, and can’t believe how hard that was," she told the outlet. Now, the Cougar Town star says "I mostly feel the best after I’ve worked out, when I have no makeup on, and my skin is flushed."

And, her killer workouts aren't going away anytime soon. "Fitness has been a part of my life and I don’t plan on giving it up," she wrote for Goop. "It’s not just about the results and wearing a bikini at 45 it’s about being healthy for me and my family." Killing it, Courteney!
