Costco Superfans Are Begging The Store To Bring This Food Court Item Back
In addition to incredible deals on wholesale items, there’s another thing Costco is known for: their food court. From the famous $1.50 hot dog combo to a $9.99 sandwich that recently threw customers for a loop, it seems the Internet is always abuzz with something regarding the warehouse store’s food offerings—even the options that no longer exist.
That’s exactly the case with Costco’s Combo Pizza, which was pulled from their menu nearly two years ago. As it turns out, superfans still aren’t over the loss. And they’ve taken to Reddit to hash it out.

Costco fans want Combo Pizza back
Although Costco's Combo Pizza was discontinued in the summer of 2020, one shopper recently re-opened the discussion about it on Reddit. "Combo Pizza and Diced Onions—COSTCO, Bring them back!" they wrote.
Many other users chimed in to say that they, too, miss the delicious pizza. In fact, a few commenters went as far to say that they've made significantly less trips to Costco since the membership-based store stopped offering Combo Pizza.
"Missing combo pizza is the reason I stopped going to the food court. Consequentially I go to Costco less than I used to," one wrote. Someone replied saying that their Costco trips have dropped from weekly to practically nonexistent: "The only reason I went most recently was to cash out my rebate," they wrote. "If they would have had a combo pizza, I probably would have ordered one, walked around while I waited, and then spend $200 before picking up my pizza. Costco not having combo pizzas has saved me a lot of money!"
One Reddit user urged shoppers to email the company about the issue. "I email them every so often to remind them." Another wrote: "Also fill out the surveys by the customer service desk."
However, all of this may be futile, as people have been making complaints since the pizza was removed in 2020. A commenter in one Reddit thread from that time said they received a disheartening response from Costco customer service: "We understand your dissatisfaction about not having the Combo Pizza as part of our menu offering at this time. A difficult decision was made to simplify our business and unfortunately, the Combo Pizza was removed from our menu line up. We are sorry for this inconvenience, however, these are not always easy decisions that we make."
But, hey, who says things can't change? Fingers crossed they'll bring it back.
