First time visitor Karen Johnson said, “I love looking at all the quilts. I love watching to see what they’ve done with the colors and the different patterns.”

Another attendee Glenda Gigee added, “I like their creativeness and their drive to do something more in sewing.”

Next year, Corning Quilters Guild will be celebrating its 50th anniversary. The show will continue at the event center tomorrow from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; a $5 entrance fee is charged to attend the show.
