Gaga and Michael go out together on New Year’s Eve, and of course, fans waiting up for Gaga record the moment they’re getting into a car. We can’t see much of Michael’s face, so at this point, his identity remains a bit of a secret.

Just a month after their NYE outing, Gaga is spotted kissing Michael on the balcony of a hotel. And just like that, Michael’s secret identity is figured out! Us Weekly ID’s Michael as a fancy Harvard University graduate and CEO of the Parker Group, which means he is surely rolling in some serious ~moolah~. (But so is Gaga, obviously.)

A source tells E! that Gaga and Michael’s relationship is one month strong. “They’ve been seeing each other since before the holidays and she’s crazy about him,” the insider says. “They had already been seeing each other for weeks.”

It took three or so months, but Gaga’s apparently starting to fall in love with Michael—awww! A source tells Entertainment Tonight that Gaga’s intentions weren’t to get caught up so quickly, but her heart had other plans. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

“She wasn’t expecting to get so involved so quickly after her last relationship, but she started telling her friends she was completely in love with him,” the source says. “Anyone that has spent any time with them can see the connection. They are completely smitten. Her friends haven’t seen her this happy in years. It didn’t take long for her friends to adore him too.”

Oh, and on top of that, Gaga and Michael apparently have a crazy connection with one another. Things are “getting really serious” and “the chemistry is undeniable,” the source continues. “At first, Gaga wanted to keep it low-key and quiet because she had just gotten out of a relationship and thought taking it slow would be good, but they had an immediate connection, so it was tough to keep under wraps. They were spending so much time together, she finally decided to post on Instagram to make it official.”
