LIZ LOZA: So we're all in agreement that TY Hilton is going to be the Colts number one receiver. But who will Philip Rivers target the second most on the squad? Wel, this is a pretty easy one for me. I mean, go ahead and punch me a ticket for the Michael Pittman hype train because I am all aboard it. And by the way, so are the Indianapolis Colts, otherwise they wouldn't have used their first pick of the 2020 draft on the 6' 4", 223-pound receiver out of USC who has NFL bloodlines and, by the way, according to PFF, dropped just 2.8% of his career catchable targets. This kid is ready for the pros.

I know you're going to want to come at me about, like, the rookie learning curve and the abbreviated offseason. But the continuity argument goes out the window when you have a new quarterback. And even though Zach Pascal, who went undrafted and was-- does not have the same draft pedigree out of ODU did admirable work in 2019, averaging nearly 3 and 1/2 targets per game when TY Hilton was also on the field. It's just not the same.

Can't talk the same about Paris Campbell either. The two-- the second round pick from the 2019 draft, I mean, that kid started 2020 in a walking boot. This is Pittman's gig. He will conservatively clear 50 catches in 2020. And watch out for his December because it is going to be one to remember. The Colts face the Texans twice in December. And we all know that Houston and Indianapolis make for fantasy fireworks.
