Cinnabon’s New Line Of Frozen Snacks Is Now Available In Stores And Includes A Chicken Sandwich On A Cinnamon Bun
Cinnabon has launched a whole line of frozen foods available in grocery stores so you don't have to go to a mall or an airport to get your fix. The six new frozen options include both sweet and savory options for you to choose from.
For those who tend to reach for something sweet, the line includes Caramel Pecan Ooey-Gooey Rolls, Frosting Filled CinnaPastries, and Frosted Cinnasweet Swirls. The Caramel Pecan Ooey-Gooey Rolls top a cinnamon sweet roll with tons of pecans and caramel for a decadent treat while the Frosted Cinnasweet Swirls top a cinnamon roll with the classic Cinnabon frosting. Frosting Filled CinnaPastries are a new take on typical flavors with cinnamon brown sugar and Cinnabon frosting stuffed inside a flaky crust.
As for the savory options, they combine sweet with spicy and umami flavors. Your choices are Jalapeño Cheddar Sausage Bites, Cheddar Roll Sausage & Egg Sandwich, or a Cinnabiscuit Chicken Sandwich. While the sweet options are new riffs on classic Cinnabon menu items, these are all new offerings by the brand. The Jalapeño Bites feature a spicy cheddar pork and beef sausage wrapped in cinnamon sweet dough and the CheddarRoll is stuffed with savory sausage and an egg on a cheddar roll croissant.
The chicken sandwich might be the most exciting option and is proof that the chicken sandwich wars are alive and well. This one is made with a tender piece of fried chicken between two cinnamon chip biscuits and a drizzle of cinnamon sauce.
