Cindy Crawford is vacationing in style.

On Monday, the 56-year-old supermodel took to Instagram to share a video of her driving a boat on a serene lake with her 6.6 million followers. In the clip, the mother-of-two donned a navy swimsuit coverup with crocheted sleeves and a black baseball hat while her half-wet tresses fell just past her shoulders.

"Aye, aye, mate!" her unpictured boating companion said while Crawford smiled and saluted to the camera.

"Back on that lake life," the model captioned the post.

Although Crawford hasn't revealed her location, her family has a cottage in Muskoka, Ont. and often vacation in the Canadian destination for much of the summer.

Fans were quick to comment on the brunette bombshell's summery video and wished her a peaceful vacation.

"Captain Crawford! Love to see you looking happy and free on the lake. Are you at your Canadian cottage?" asked a follower.

"Wishing you and your family a great time and I absolutely love your outfit! I wish I had a boat like that!" said another.

"Aye, aye, captain Cindy! I must say, lake life looks good on you. Seriously girl. This is stunning," wrote someone else.

"Lake life is the best life. Retirement goals! Queen of the lake!" added another fan.

Located two hours north of Toronto, Muskoka can be as exclusive or beautiful as the Hamptons, and is frequented by many celebrities including Tom Hanks, Goldie Hawn, Steven Spielberg, Shania Twain, and of course, the Crawfords.

Although Cindy usually calls Malibu, Calif. her home, over the past few years the model and her family have become as much a part of Canada's cottage country as flashy speedboats, Muskoka chairs and lounging dockside.

In an interview with Vogue, Crawford opened up about her off-the-radar retreat. She and her husband, Rande Gerber, built their luxurious Ontario cottage in 2008. For about a month every summer, Crawford proudly wears no makeup, makes no plans and takes "granny swims" (as she calls them) with her lake friends and neighbours.

"You’re the real you up here," Crawford said when asked why she loves the Muskokas. "You never have your game face on, your party face. When you’re getting dragged behind a boat on an inner tube, it’s hard to have much of a facade."
