The much-anticipated fourth season of Selling Sunset dropped on Netflix earlier this month, and let's just say it really delivered on the drama. Much of which focuses on the tension between Christine Quinn and the newest addition to the firm, Emma Hernan.

The source of this tension? Well, apparently they used to date the same person... at the same time. No biggie (translation: biggie).

In season four of Selling Sunset, Emma explains, "I found out about [Christine] the day that I met her. It was not pleasant. I was leaving the gym with who I thought was my boyfriend and she pulled up with her friend and was like 'Who the f*** is this?' and started screaming 'This is my boyfriend.'"

According to Christine, it went a little more like this: "My ex boyfriend was dating this girl at the same time he was dating me. I had no idea. I caught him red handed during the day with her. So we broke up."

Christine later adds, "I know this happened years and years ago, but this is all coming back to life now because I wasn't aware Mary continued her friendship with Emma after the cheating came out."

So far, so dramatic. However, in a recent interview with Page Six, Christine has admitted that she was "annoyed every single day," by the drama, saying, "It’s not something that I would actually care about."

She also took a quick swipe at Heather Rae Young, who asked in one of the episodes, "Why does [Christine] care if she’s married with a baby?" which Christine responded by saying “Heather, why do you care?”

Christine continued, “Part of being on a reality show is you have to talk about things that you wouldn’t necessarily even give a s–t about in real life, but that’s just the way that it is [...]So, we all did our best to try to make a good season out of it.”

We don't know about you, but we reckon they definitely succeeded.
