Christina Aguilera’s Latest Manicure Is a Tribute to the 10th Anniversary of Her Album Bionic

Christina Aguilera is bringing a celebration to the world by honoring the 10-year anniversary of her 6th studio album Bionic, that;s the one "Not Myself Tonight" was on but, if you've never given the full album a listen, we highly suggest you get on that ASAP. It's such a jam.

The actual anniversary of the album was June 4, but due to the ongoing Black Lives Matter movement, Aguilera posted a photo to her Instagram thanking fans for all the love but saying it just didn't feel right to post on the actual date.

"Screaming a big thank you to all you guys who remembered #Bionic’s 10 year anniversary last week. I saw all your posts and sweet messages and I’m eternally grateful, but celebrating last week just didn’t seem right, with such an important revolution just beginning, as we fight for #BlackLivesMatter. This week I promise to share some celebratory memories with you all while continuing the fight. Stay tuned!" she wrote in the caption.

While we're all about celebrating the iconic album, the beauty editors in us cannot help but notice the singer's wildly detailed manicure she was wearing while commemorating. Xtina tagged nail artist Chaun Legend, who is the master behind her fabulous nails. Legend shared this close up image of Aguilera's nails and they are as iconic as they are “Bionic.”

The fourth image in the carousel shows her manicure in extreme detail. The nails are long and feature a black-to-red ombré color. The writing on the nails says XTINA on one hand and BIONIC on the other, with the letters B and I sharing space on her thumb and each other letter getting its own nail.

While nail salons are still slowly opening after facing nationwide closures due to COVID-19, it's nice to have some inspiration for when we all go back to normal.
