The model, who is pregnant with her third child with husband John Legend, announced the news on Instagram Thursday before stepping out with her son Miles, 2, for a few errands around town. For the occasion, Teigen opted for a bump-hugging pair of black biker shorts with a matching tank top and a gold-beaded jacket on top.
The “Lip Sync Battle” star continued the monochromatic appeal of her ensemble with her choice of all-black sandals. The towering pair featured studded straps and a caged heel, all atop an elongated pointed-toe design. The style boldly included a sturdy wrapped heel, reaching about 5-inches in height.
Teigen’s son Miles also wore stylish footwear for the outing, modeling a set of mini Adidas sneakers with securing hook and loop straps and a holographic heel counter to tout. A big kids version of the iridescent Stan Smith silhouette retails for $55 at Zappos.com.
Teigen announced the news of her pregnancy on Instagram yesterday with a casual post on her Story that showed the bump in a pair of high-rise leggings. This pregnancy is the model’s third, joining Miles and his older sister Luna, 4, with husband and Grammy Award-winning singer John Legend.
