Chris Hemsworth’s New Workout Will Make You Want to Puke

Chris Hemsworth is meddlin' in some dark sided stuff. In a new workout devised by his fellow fitness bros at Centr, the Marvel star's fitness app, and posted to his Instagram, Hemsworth takes on a circuit that would throw Marguerite Perrin into hysterics and leave you feeling like a pile of jelly at the end. Coined the Devil's Workout, Hemsworth and trainer Luke Zocchi have built a brutal little circuit.

It breaks down as follows:

Do six reps of each of the following six moves without rest between each exercise. Rest for a minute. And repeat the circuit five more times for a total of six rounds.

The Moves:

1. Deadlift Press to Triceps Extension

2. TRX Inverted Row

3. Kettlebell Lunge to Press

4. Ring Pullups

5. Bosu Ball Banded Squat

6. Med Ball Slam

Hemsworth captions the post, "Punchy little circuit this one." Which seems like an understatement. Of the break between rounds, he says you can take a minute rest, "or just throw up and power through."

Men's Health Associate Fitness Editor Brett Williams notes that, "this is a full-body circuit workout meant to be performed to exhaustion, so Hemsworth and Zocchi are using this for conditioning as much as they are to build strength. In the first four moves, there's some rest built in since they're moving from full or upper body to lower body movements, but the pacing will still make it hard. This isn't something for the Average Joe to walk into the gym to take on."

No, it's for sadists. And I rebuke it in the name of the Lord.
