As one of Hollywood's chosen Chrises, part of actor Chris Hemsworth's job description is staying in absolutely ripped shape for roles like mercenary Tyler Rake in Netflix action flick Extraction, Agent H in Men in Black, and of course, Thor in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Over the last year, Hemsworth has upped the ante in his fitness, gaining an incredible amount of muscle to play wrestling legend Hulk Hogan in a biopic while also preparing for the fourth Thor movie.
This process has involved a grueling workout regime, in addition to eating as many as 10 protein-packed meals a day. And now it looks like Hemsworth and his wife, actress Elsa Pataky, are getting their twin sons Tristan and Sasha involved in their training. In a pair of videos uploaded to his Instagram, Hemsworth boasted that he and Pataky have created the "ultimate family workout."
"All you need is a child, a skateboard, a horse, and a Can Do attitude," he wrote in the caption, tagging in his own Centr fitness app. The footage shows both parents using their kids' leisure activities as a way of packing in some extra cardio to their busy schedules; Hemsworth accompanies one of the twins on a skateboard, running alongside them, then Pataky does the same during a pony ride.
It's not the first time Hemsworth has roped one of his offspring into some impromptu training: earlier this year, he posted a clip from one of his boxing workouts on the set of Thor: Love and Thunder, in which he sparred with one of the 7-year-old boys and dubbed him "the next heavy weight champion of the universe."
