These Chicken Bacon Ranch Lettuce Wraps = Low Carb Love

In the world of lunch, there are two things I love: Ranch-anything, and Jimmy John's.
Raise your hand if you've heard of Jimmy John's. Raise your hand if you're as obsessed with it as I am ("Freaky fast service!" Get I can an AMEN?). When I was working in prime JJ territory, on days when I couldn't peel myself away from my desk for lunch, I'd call Jimmy John's. My standard order? The Chicken Bacon Ranch Unwich (great CBR sandwich, without the bread). But bike-delivered sandwiches can get pricey, so I decided to find a hack for the lettuce 'wich I loved so much. Next time you need a low-carb lunch or a light family dinner, give this Chicken Bacon Ranch Lettuce Wrap a try!
Aside from them being the cutest little lettuce wraps in the all the world (I mean, just look at that juicy lettuce, tomato, and bacon bouquet!), it's tough to beat the flavor in these CBR Lettuce Wraps. Where I come from, Ranch-fandom is a thing, and I place myself firmly in that camp. I put it on salads, pizza, chicken, potatoes, pickles ... and evidently, my lettuce wraps! Is it *sooo* basic? Maybe. Do I care? Not at all. If there were a Ranch waterfall somewhere, I'd stand under it, mouth agape, and let it cascade over me and my sandwiches. If you're not eating Ranch, you're doing it wrong. Don't even get me started on this Ranch fountain. Heart. Explosion.
Enough with the Ranch rave. Suffice it to say that these wraps are packed with Ranchy goodness, and plenty of meaty protein to get you through the day. Low-carb? More like no carb!
