If Chick-fil-A is your breakfast destination of choice, you may soon notice that the chain’s morning menu is missing a few options. The company just confirmed that several menu-consolidating moves are in the works as it attempts to make space for new items this year.

Chick-fil-A confirmed to Business Insider that bagels and decaf hot coffee are leaving the menu in the following months, while different size options for other items are also being consolidated. The Nuggets Kid’s Meal, which currently comes with four or six pieces of chicken, will only be available in a five-piece option moving forward. The various sizes of coffee drinks, ice cream cones, and milkshakes will also be narrowed down, but the company has yet to provide more details, according to the report. "Streamlining our menu will allow for us to continue providing our customers the quality food and service they've come to expect, as well as make room for new future menu items,” a rep for the company said in an email.

Best-loved for its iconic Chicken Sandwich, the chain has recently been innovating in the category in order to stay ahead of the competition. In January, Chick-fil-A announced the debut of the Grilled Spicy Chicken Deluxe Sandwich, a limited-time offer that bucked the trend with a chicken filet that's grilled instead of breaded and fried. To up the ante on this seemingly not-as-craveable (and dare we say healthier?) option, the chain created the brand-new Cilantro Lime Sauce specifically for pairing with the new item.

Chick-fil-A also upgraded its hot coffee last fall with a specialty-grade custom blend made from coffee beans grown in Central and South America, which is now served at all locations.
