Chewy's Kind Gesture After Woman's Pets Pass Away Is Heartwarming

We got teary-eyed watching this video.

Having your fur baby cross over the rainbow bridge is one of the hardest things to go through. You tell family and friends what happened, causing your heart to break over and over again. And sometimes, you even have to tell random strangers.

That’s what TikTok user @ladysue93 had to do when she received a package from Chewy. She ended up calling the company after receiving a box with items she could no longer use because some of her pets passed. She wanted to see if they could refund her. And well, Chewy’s response is leaving us all in tears.

Stop it! This is seriously so, SO sweet of Chewy to go out of their way and do this. They sent a handwritten note and flowers to a mom who is grieving after losing two fur babies in two weeks. They can have our business after hearing about this story!

“How nice of Chewy to do that! So very sorry for your loss,” wrote @nikrn04. If this gesture warmed our hearts, we can’t even imagine how this TikToker felt. It was so very kind of Chewy! @seleriee added, “Well done, Chewy. I’ve not looked at this company before, but I’ll have a look-see. So sorry for your loss. Losing a pet is the absolute worst.” We think Chewy is about to get a lot more business after this clip, especially since it reached over 4.5 million views within the first day.

We’re so sorry for her loss, but we’re glad this surprise gift was able to make her smile. And we know her fur babies are smiling down upon her too!
