Chelsea Handler just dropped the most amazing winter vacay pic on Instagram.
In the new snap, the 46-year-old comedian is rocking a cannabis-print bikini and skis in the snow. And damn, her abs and legs are absolutely epic!
To stay in such amazing shape, Chelsea does intense workouts with trainer Ben Bruno on the reg.
When you go skiing, you could bundle up in your warmest outfit and do your best to fend off the elements. Or you could do it the Chelsea Handler way: totally embrace the cold and just rock a bikini on skis.
Yep, Chelsea just casually dropped a pic on Instagram of herself skiing in a cannabis-print bikini. “I just found out that due to popular demand we are adding a SECOND Los Angeles show on May 5th,” she wrote in the caption. “To celebrate, I thought why not ski through the woods, and then found a mason jar of weed and my favorite vodka! Who knows how this got here but you can get yourself to my LA show on presale now with code: HORNY on chelseahandler.com. Swipe ⬅️ to see all my new 2022 second shows added plus new cities. Can’t wait to see you!”
While the post was ~technically~ about her comedy tour, plenty of people couldn’t get over the 46-year-old comedian in a bikini. “Going to melt that snow,” one person wrote. “Body goals 😍,” another said.
Sure, Chelsea loves to goof off, but she’s serious about her workouts. Her trainer, Ben Bruno, dropped several Instagram videos this summer of a workout they did together, and it’s no joke. “Chelsea came in today complaining about being bloated after eating Chinese food, and given my affinity for the New England Patriots, we have a new name for our workouts henceforth," he said, adding, “Deflategate.”
In the workouts, Chelsea can be seen rolling through a series of intense-looking moves, including one that Bruno calls a “single-leg body saw," where she’s doing a forearm plank and using a slider under one foot to move it back and forth while lifting her other leg.
In the next move, Chelsea does a series of weighted hanging leg raises, where she hangs from gymnastic rings with a medicine ball between her feet, moving it up and down toward her chest.
“I gotta say that she has some serious core strength,” Bruno wrote in the caption. (Ya think?!)
But Chelsea doesn’t just crush her workouts—she also eats well. Chelsea previously told Women’s Health that she eats every three to four hours. “A nutritionist once taught me it's the best way to control your blood sugar levels,” she said. Chelsea says this tactic helps her stick to healthy eating habits. “When you consistently feed your body, you have less of an inclination to [overeat]," she said. "I like to eat light and I don't overdo it now. When I'm eating, I take my time and pay attention to when I'm full."
Chelsea likes to start her day with some celery juice, followed by a workout. Breakfast afterward might be scrambled egg whites with avocado and Parmesan cheese. If she goes out for lunch, she’ll have grilled oysters with a side of veggies; If she’s eating in, Chelsea tends to reach for turkey wrapped in iceberg lettuce with mustard and mayo.
Dinner might be turkey meatballs or one of the go-to staples she has in her fridge. "There are like five stock items in my fridge at all times: sliced turkey, turkey meatballs—which I love to heat up with tomato sauce—Parmesan, arugula, and vegetarian chicken nuggets," she shared.
Overall, Chelsea said she now looks at food differently. "I changed my whole philosophy about food," she said. "It's there to serve me and help me function."
Get it, Chelsea!
