These celebs are more than just soccer fans — they have World Cup fever, and it runs in the family
The 2018 World Cup taking place in Russia has everyone repping for their favorite team, including celebrities! Soccer fever has even rubbed off on their famous kids.
Mexico made history! In their first game, they beat World Cup defending champs Germany. Fans celebrated so hard in Mexico they set off earthquake detectors — seriously!
The epic victory was also felt in the States. Eva Longoria and husband José Bastón had their newborn son Santiago sporting Mexico’s colors — too cute!

Baby Bastón wasn’t the only kid getting into the soccer spirit. Shakira’s boys, Milan and Sasha, cheered on their mom’s native country, Colombia, in their yellow jerseys. “Vamos Colombia!” she captioned the shot.

Their passion for soccer definitely runs in the family. When Shakira’s sons aren’t rooting for Colombia, they’re supporting their dad, Gerard Piqué, who plays for Spain.
In Enrique Iglesias’s household the family is divided. Anna Kournikova and one of her twins were rooting for Team Russia, while Iglesias and their other baby had lots of Spanish pride.
