Celebrities loved the royal wedding just as much as you did, and here are the posts to prove it
It finally happened: Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were married Saturday, May 19th in front of nearly 600 guests. And after months of anticipation and speculation, the royal wedding did *not* disappoint. From the now-Duchess of Sussex’s unbelievably gorgeous Givenchy gown to the dreamy (and hilarious) way Harry reacted to seeing his bride for the first time, the star-studded affair was a treat for the eyes.
There was Prince George and Princess Charlotte’s adorable roles as page boy and bridesmaid, respectively. There was the empty seat left open for Harry’s late mother, Princess Diana, where she would have been sitting next to Prince William. (We might have gone through several tissues over this.) And we can’t forget about Markle’s something blue, a massive aquamarine cocktail ring that belonged to Di.
There were several A-list celebs at the royal wedding, too. Oprah was one of the first to arrive, wearing a pale pink Stella McCartney dress. Serena Williams (wearing Versace) and Alexis Ohanian showed up arm in arm soon after. Human rights lawyer Amal Clooney stunned in mustard yellow with a matching hat, with husband George Clooney donning a gray suit with coordinating yellow details.
