JERROD BLANDINO: Rainbow Treats are all over the internet. They're blowing up everywhere. And this recipe is perfect because it's celebrating all those beautiful, bright colors, and of course, pride.

I'm Jerrod Blandino, co-founder and chief creative officer of Too Faced Cosmetics. The vibe on my social media is all about bright colors, fun, inspiration, and entertainment. Today, we're gonna bake Magnolia Bakery's birthday cake ice cream sandwiches with a little twist. I'm gonna be brushing them at the very end with edible glitter to take it to the next level.

I created this recipe along with Magnolia Bakery to celebrate my one-year anniversary of "Bakeup with Jerrod," my Instagram baking show. I love this recipe, guys, because it's actually super easy and people are gonna think you spent all day in the kitchen.

So to get started, we're gonna be making our ice cream. We're gonna take one of our cookies-- and I made a really simple buttercream. Take that buttercream, and we're gonna fill that cookie right like that. We're gonna take a little [? lid, ?] we're gonna set him aside, and we're gonna do one more of those.

I've got a tub of strawberry ice cream-- your favorite brand, it doesn't matter what it is. Dump that right into a bowl. I'm gonna kind of loosen it up a little bit.

Now we're gonna take those two sandwiches, and we're gonna crumble them up. It's gonna feel like the wrong thing to do, but it's the right thing to do. And we're gonna mix it into our strawberry ice cream. Crumble that all up, and we're gonna just mix it right in there.

We're gonna take a scoop of that beautiful birthday cake ice cream that we've just created. We're gonna put it right on top of one of our cookies. We're gonna stick our other cookie right on top. And we're gonna roll it directly into our sprinkles.

Now, guys, tip-- when you're making these, I want you to put them in the freezer. One at a time, you're gonna make one cookie, and we're gonna brush it with edible glitter.

You can use your fingers or a brand-new artist brush-- anything you've got at home, guys. Just make sure it's clean. And I'm just gonna brush that right on top to finish up our beautiful, magical ice cream sandwiches. Look at that.

So there you go. All right, guys, this is my favorite part-- the taste test.

Mm, delicious. It's sweet. It's [? cakey. ?] Now, that's how you taste the trends.
