The Cast of "The Fosters" To Reunite for a Special Reading of the First Episode

Fans of The Fosters have been able to continue checking up on their favorite family thanks to Good Trouble, but now the entire Adams Foster family is getting back together for some more fun.

The cast of The Fosters is reuniting to read the pilot episode script to benefit The Actors Fund. The special event will air on Thursday, July 16th at 8:00 p.m. ET on People.com and EW.com.

Series stars Teri Polo, Sherri Saum, Hayden Byerly, David Lambert, Maia Mitchell, Cierra Ramirez, Danny Nucci and Noah Centineo. Noah, who joined the cast in season three, will be playing Jesus instead of Jake T. Austin, who played the role in the show's first two seasons.

Some special guests will also be making an appearance throughout the event including Jay Ali, Alexandra Barreto, Madisen Beaty, Daffany Mcgaray Clark, Colby French, April Parker Jones, Adam Kang and David Sullivan. Other cast members of The Fosters, including Annie Potts, Lorraine Toussaint, Bailee Madison, Alex Saxon, Amanda Leighton, Tom Williamson, Rosie O’Donnell and Ashley Argota will also be joining in on the fun.

Kari Kimmel, the original writer of the theme song, "Where You Belong," will be singing the theme song live.

Michael Medico will be directing the table read and co-creator and executive producer Peter Paige will be reading the stage directions. The Fosters co-creator and executive producer Bradley Bredeweg and executive producer and co-creator of Good Trouble Joanna Johnson will kick things off with a special introduction.
