It's that time of January where we come to the harsh realization that our New Year's resolutions are either for us or just not working out. If you're the latter, may we suggest Carrie Underwood as a form of motivation? No, not her music (although, "Before He Cheats" will literally get you through any situation). We're referring to her latest no-makeup selfie.
The Grammy Award-winning singer took to Instagram to post her first photo of the year and boy, is she glowing while she rocks two braided pigtails. She captioned the post with "Getting this week started right with @fit52! #MondayMotivation."
Carrie's app, Fit52, is designed to keep workouts fresh and effective. Inspired by a deck of cards, each workout has either 52 or 26 exercises, which are chosen based on the cards you pull. As someone who works out almost every day, Carrie loves to use her platform to encourage health and wellness.
Of course, fans took the time to leave the American Idol alum sweet comments that kept the motivational vibes going:

In an interview with Women's Health, Carrie admitted "I’d love to sit in a bubble bath, but that’s not going to happen. My self-care is my gym time, and that’s a stress reliever for me.”
After all, those signature Carrie Underwood legs don't just happen overnight. They were on full display in the latest season of Netflix's hit series Cobra Kai. As a fan of the show herself, Carrie made a surprise appearance on the show as she performed Survivor's 1984 hit song "The Moment of Truth" to pay homage to the original film's classic soundtrack.
