Actress Carey Mulligan got glammed up for Sunday night's Oscars, where she was nominated in the Best Actress category for her leading role in Promising Young Woman. She sparkled bright in a gorgeous gold sequin two-piece Valentino Haute Couture gown, People reported. But Carey's best accessory of the night? Her seriously toned abs, which peeked through the gown's bandeau top and full-volume skirt.

But back to those abs. Carey shared during a recent interview with James Corden that she gets active on her family's "proper working farm" in the United Kingdom countryside. "We do [the farming] when we're there," The Great Gatsby alum said on The Late Late Show. "I'm into lambing and taking care of the lambs, not so much the muddy things."

When it comes to eating healthy, The Dig star told InStyle that her typical diet consisted of lots of broccoli and casseroles during quarantine. "Do you know the spicy broccoli salad at Sweetgreen? We've made our own version and have it probably four times a week," she shared. "We've gone back into comfort mode and started to eat more casseroles. When the world is chaotic, you need warm food. [laughs] Variations on casseroles. That will be my cookbook."

If broccoli salad and casseroles are the secret to those toned abs... BRB, gotta add those items to my grocery list.
