Cardi B loves a good wig, and we love a good wig on her. But her latest look truly deserves high praise, not just for the incredible color but also because it's piled high.

Cardi revealed her epic new updo on her Instagram Stories, first just modeling it via front-facing camera from what appears to be her kitchen. The beehive-esque look features layer upon layer of smooth, loose curls that come together to resemble a big bouquet of flowers — especially considering the bright, nearly hot-pink shade of red.

Stylist Hair by Jay was responsible for styling and installing the wig, and he posted a video in which he's using Got2b Glued Blasting Freeze Hairspray to keep the masterpiece — including it's pretty tendrils and deeply side-parted bangs — in place.

So what was the special occasion that called for such a stunning hair moment? A dental cleaning, apparently. A second selfie video shows her in the dentist chair, blue bib and all, gloved and tool-wielding hands approaching her perfectly straight, white teeth.

Luckily, for the squeamish among us, she cuts off the video before they get to work. But it gave us another chance to see this gorgeous, event-worthy hair — even if the event was just dental checkup.
