  • Jennifer Aniston looks radiant in two brand new selfies on Instagram.

  • The actress, 52, showed off her fresh face and curly hair in the photos—and fans couldn't get over how effortlessly gorgeous she looks.

  • Jennifer says regular facials and ice water baths keep her skin glowing all day long.

Humidity can do a serious number on your hair, and apparently even Jennifer Aniston isn’t immune. The 52-year-old Friends alum just dropped pics on Instagram proving that she struggles with moisture in the air just like everyone else.

“Okay, Humidity…🥵😵💫⁣ Let’s go…..👊🏼💪🏼@lolavie,” Jennifer wrote in the caption. In the photos, she’s making faces at the camera with seriously curly hair tossed around her makeup-free face. And, while the post is about her hair, it’s kinda-totally impossible to miss the fact that Jennifer’s skin looks gorgeous and clear while she’s totally bare-faced.

People were all about the overall effect in the comments. “Beautiful, your hair is giving beach vibes 🤗✨,” one said. “The most beautiful 🤍,” another said.

Going makeup-free isn’t a new thing for Jennifer. She wore zero makeup while filming the movie Cake, and said it was pretty awesome. In fact, Jennifer told Deadline's "Contenders" panel, per Us Weekly, that appearing without makeup onscreen was "so fabulous—so dreamy and empowering and liberating."

Sure, it definitely helps that Jennifer has gorgeous skin—and she partially chalks it up to her genes. “I inherited good skin from my dad,” she previously told the LA Times. “But one thing I would have to say to my younger self is, ‘Don’t take that for granted,’ because you do have to maintain that. It does have a shelf life.”

Now, Jennifer is big on Aveeno products (she’s a spokesperson) and she told Shape that she likes to give herself a regular facial courtesy of the brand. “I just give myself a good scrub, use a mask, and then the new Aveeno hydrating facial,” she said. “I leave it on overnight and when I wake up I have that dewy, glowing, twinkling skin."

Jennifer also gets professional facials done, telling the LA Times, “I change up my facialist. It’s like exercise. It’s good to mix it up.”

As for keeping her skin clear, Jennifer told Allure that she tries to minimize stress in her life. One way she does that? She doesn’t read the comments people make about her in stories. “I've read comments. I'm not an idiot,” she said. “But it's a horrible, horrible thing to do, which creates stress, which raises your cortisol, and then you break out.”

And, for those times when she wants her skin to look amazing ASAP, Jennifer uses a DIY hack. “Just get a bowl of ice water and splash your face 25 times,” she told Vogue. “It’s an old school trick that Joan Crawford used to do—it just wakes your skin up.”

Pass the ice.
