Carrie Ann Inaba loves sharing unique moments from her career and one such moment unexpectedly revealed that she previously crossed paths with Candace Cameron Bure.
Ahead of a recent episode of Dancing With the Stars on Monday night, the longtime judge shared a clip on Instagram from a movie she did back in 1995. Titled Monster Mash, she opened up about what it was like to play a "Draculette" and perform a "quirky and fun" dance routine choreographed. What's more, she shared the screen with a famous Hallmark actress/GAC Family star.
"Look what I found!! " Carrie Ann wrote on October 30. "From the archives … I found some clips for the Halloween classic, Monster Mash. I haven’t seen this in ages and thought you might get a kick out of it. It was such a fun gig, choreographed by @adamshankman who also played #Wolfie. You may recognize a few other faces … "
When she realized Carrie Ann posted footage from the movie, Candace immediately reacted with enthusiasm. "Oh my goodness!!!!! I haven’t seen this in forever 😂❤️❤️," she replied on Instagram.
As luck may have it, Dancing With the Stars fans also recognized the Full House cast member and immediately called her out on it. "🔥🔥🔥 I spy @candacecbure," one person wrote in the comments section. "With baby @candacecbure too! How fun!" another excitedly added. "@candacecbure SO YOUNG!" a different fan said.
In case you're wondering when this project took place, Candace had just wrapped up the final season of Full House. In the flick, she played Mary in Monster Mash as one half of the teenage couple central to the movie's plot.
Although seeing the two women together in a 1990s movie may surprise some folks, this wasn't the last time Carrie Ann and Candace shared screen time. In 2014, Candace joined the celebrity cast for season 18 of Dancing With the Stars, where she placed third overall with her pro partner Mark Ballas.
What a small world!
